In this role, you will contribute across key HR pillars, including recruitment, training and development, performance management, compliance and employee relations. You will also handle essential administrative responsibilities and help ensure effective communication between departments, supporting the overall efficiency and organization of the HR function.
Key responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assisting in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards, company websites and social media platforms.
Collecting and organizing incoming applications and resumes.
Assisting with screening applicants for basic requirements (qualifications, experience, certifications).
Scheduling and conducting interviews.
Running hiring cycle (from initial induction until 3-month review).
Running internship programs.
Training and Development
Organizing training sessions, booking venues and managing training materials (e.g., manuals, presentations).
Maintaining records of employee certifications, trainings and other relevant documentation.
Supporting the HR team in compiling reports and proceeding with relevant reminders.
Performance Management
Distributing and collecting performance appraisal forms.
Tracking completion of performance reviews and following up with managers as needed.
Preparing reports or summaries of performance evaluation data for HR Manager.
Elements Tankers, a Tanker Shipping Company of our Group is seeking a Technical & PMS Coordinator to support the Technical Department in the effective coordination of Class, statutory and technical matters for our tanker fleet.
Key Responsibilities
TMSA implementation and monitoring, providing familiarization with TMSA 3 & Company’s Management System, review and amendments.
Support compliance with CMS, HSSQEEn, and applicable Class and Flag requirements.
Proper review of the PMS software database, with respect to Maker’s instructions manuals and Company’s CMS planned maintenance revisions.
Provide training and familiarization of the PMS software to shore & seagoing personnel (pre-joining and onboard).
PMS KPIs review and report to Managements Reviews.
Qualifications
Degree in Shipping or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Technical Coordinator, PMS Coordinator or similar role.
English language skills minimum B2 or equivalent – preferably C1 (or Graduate studies in English language).
Proficient in computer skills with extensive experience in Microsoft Office and ERP software.

Qualifications:
Human Resources Management degree.

Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
