Sustainability Environmental Energy & Performance Manager
We are seeking a Sustainability, Environmental, Energy & Performance (SEEP) Manager to join our team and support the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our dry and wet fleet.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure fleet compliance with IMO and EU environmental regulations, including MARPOL Annexes, CII, EEXI, SEEMP Part III, EU ETS, FuelEU Maritime, Ballast Water, and Anti-Fouling requirements.
Monitor regulatory developments and coordinate environmental audits, inspections, and external stakeholders (Flag Administrations, Class Societies, Auditors).
Develop and implement the company's sustainability strategy, ESG reporting, emissions monitoring, and decarbonization initiatives.
Monitor and analyze vessel performance, including fuel consumption, speed-power optimization, weather routing, hull/propeller condition, and engine performance, identifying opportunities for energy savings and emissions reduction.
Manage environmental reporting and data for IMO DCS, EU MRV, EU ETS, charterers, and management, ensuring data accuracy and KPI monitoring.
Develop environmental procedures, deliver training, and promote environmental awareness throughout the organization.
Collaborate closely with Technical, Marine, HSQE, Commercial, Chartering, Procurement, Finance, and external partners.
Qualifications & Experience
University degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
Master's degree in Energy, Sustainability, or Environmental Management is considered an advantage.
Excellent command of English (minimum B2, preferably C1).
5–10 years' relevant experience in the maritime industry, preferably with tanker and/or dry bulk fleets.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of IMO and EU environmental legislation, GHG emissions, ship performance monitoring, fuel consumption analysis, decarbonization strategies, alternative marine fuels, carbon accounting, and data analytics. Experience with ship management companies or classification societies is desirable.

We are seeking an Assistant Technical Superintendent to join our Technical Department and support the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our Bulker fleet.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Planned Maintenance System (PMS)
Follow up the Monthly form and cooperate with superintendents for the evaluation
Liaise with Superintendents for class matters and for documentation required by other departments
Liaise with Superintendents for technical matters of the fleet (technical bulletins, incident investigation etc.)
Filling of fleet related documents
Qualifications
Diploma from a recognized university in Mechanical/Marine Engineering/Naval Architecture (master’s degree preferred)
English language skills minimum B2 or equivalent – preferably C1 (or Graduate studies in English language).
Proficient in computer skills with extensive experience in Microsoft Office and ERP software.
Ability to work under pressure, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
The position is a shore based role, however will require travelling abroad attending regularly vessels

Key Responsibilities
Ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of assigned vessels in compliance with Company policies, Class, and international regulations.
Maintain regular communication with Masters and Chief Engineers, providing technical support and troubleshooting as required.
Monitor vessel condition, PMS status, and technical performance, including NOON reports.
Plan and attend dry-dockings, repairs, and major surveys, supervising contractors and repair works.
Manage Class-related matters, statutory surveys, and certification validity.
Review and approve technical requisitions, spare parts, lubricants, and technical invoices.
Promote compliance with the Company Management System (CMS) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Chief Engineer license with at least three (3) years’ sea-going experience in a senior rank or a relevant engineering degree with equivalent experience.
Experience with tanker operations and technical management is considered an asset.
